This High Renaissance painting was created by french painter, Francia Francesco in oil on panel. This period is also one of my favorites. The painting looks very natural to me displaying very vivid colors and detail.
I see a mothers love through this picture. Is that her husband? If so, he's in love! I can see the mere respect he has for both the mother and the child. Nice picture!
Hi KJ! Thanks for your comments on my blog! I thought I should clarify... the fist post was from last year. I am only taking one class this term but I will be back up to 3 in Jan. That blog was from another class I took with jerry when I went back to school 2 years ago.
When you go to the met this weekend try not to get to overwhelmed you will not b able to see it all nor should you try! I would say plot your rote when you get there and pick out a few things that you really WANT to see other wise you will wonder around for hours and get lost. Trust me on that!
I am in the process of completing my B.S. degree in Business Mangement at Albertus Magnus. I'm getting really close, one more class to go.
I love to cook and would love to study culinary arts.
My dream is to own and operate a bed and breakfast someday.
